The former Scottish Premier league club Rangers were set to play against Elgin in the William Hill Scottish Cup fourth-round, but that match was postponed due to selling tickets more than the allocated seating capacity.
Elgin's Borough Briggs has a capacity of just over 4500, but the team was found guilty of selling more than 1000 tickets in addition for the match against Rangers.
