Former Rangers frontman Steven Thompson sees 'endless problems' at the Ibrox Stadium, after his former club suffered back-to-back defeat in the Scottish Premiership. The Glasgow-based club lost 2-0 at home Hamilton Academical last weekend, and this has been followed with a 2-1 defeat at Dundee on Friday night. Rangers created several goal-scoring opportunities prior to half-time, but they were outsmarted by a Mark O'Hara brace on either side of Josh Windass' opener. Following the game, Thompson was critical about the Rangers' performance as they suffered successive defeats against clubs in the bottom-six of the table.
The 39-year-old also suggested that the Rangers are lacking direction going forward, and their problems seem endless, he said: "I can't remember them losing back-to-back games against bottom-six teams before. Yes, they created opportunities, yes, they should have taken them, but they didn't."
